Hello, everyone.

Zeroz and I have been discussing a change in the forum theme and appearance. I've been contemplating on it for a good while now, and we've decided to finally go through with it. The idea in all of this is a completely new color theme, new material, just new everything pretty much.

We cannot do it alone, though. We'd like the help of the members, by this I mean you post the color theme you think would fit. For example "White and Light Green." The current is Black and Dark Blue. We'd like you to post the color theme you think would fit below. We'll hold a poll for the theme ideas after a while of entries. Feel free to post any other cool ideas you have for the forum if you have any you feel you need to let out.

from "experience" i can safely say that successful blogs OR websites have in common the fact that they are white for sure.

every website i regularly go on, for other stuff then mugen are white mainly. the rest is just colors for details.

I dunno if it's seen as more professional, more serious, or whatever, but it's the white outlook that seems to last in the long run.

I've always wanted to go in the direction of a whiter theme.

Yet, I didn't want to be yet another basic mugen forum. Basically, i'd like a white color implemented into the theme, but with more colors to blend well also.

So I made a couple of theme examples of possible choices.

Just now i'm realizing some of these look quite similar, they're just examples for brainstorming help anyways. Lemme know what you guys think.

I am also going for theme 1, and to make it more original, why not add a custom made backround? you know like sihnra has or even those jabronis at infinite.

i am thinking of something subtle maybe for the background. A texture. like discreet cracks like the cracks in an old wall. To make the white less boring.

or giving the page the texture of these old papers egyptians used to write on.

something discreet not to bother the eyes, but that makes a big difference. It's the way it works with nice clothes :)

I'm torn between 1 and 2...

I personally like 1 as well.

I wouldn't mind trying a classy looking background, or something similar to hat Jean mentioned.

I also wouldn't mind a custom background.

Let's see what we can come up with.
